Sport Training
Build a solid foundation in hunting, agility and protection sports with trainers who compete themselves. Tyler leads our protection sport and bite work foundations (PSA), Emily handles agility and dock diving, and Austin trains retrievers for the field. When you outgrow us, we hand you to a network of pros who can take you further. Based in Union Bridge, drawing sport dogs from across Central Maryland, Pennsylvania and DC.

Will training change my dog’s personality?
Not at all. Training won’t change who your dog is — it changes the control and confidence you have in day-to-day life together.
What’s your approach to training?
A balance of positive and negative reinforcement. It’s important for your dog to understand what they can and can’t do — but you never need to physically punish a dog to get there.

How early can I start puppy training?
The week your puppy comes home is the best time — socialization and house manners start on day one. Book a free consult and we’ll match a plan to your puppy’s age, from coaching lessons through day training and board & train.
How much time do I need to train my dog?
Don’t focus on the hours. A few short, successful sessions beat long drawn-out ones. We’ll figure out the right rhythm for your pet together.
